What we collect

The calculators run entirely in your browser. The marks, grades, credits and attendance figures you enter are never transmitted to a server and are never stored by us. Closing the tab discards them.

We do not operate user accounts, and we do not ask for your name, email address, phone number, college or enrolment number.

Cookies and local storage

This site stores one item in your browser’s local storage: your light or dark theme preference. It is read only by this site and can be cleared at any time from your browser settings.

Third-party content

This site currently loads nothing from any other domain. There is no advertising network, no analytics script, no font service, no content delivery network and no embedded media. Every file the page requests comes from markscalc.com itself. This is verified on each build, and the site’s Content-Security-Policy blocks scripts and network requests from any other origin.

If advertising is added in future, this section will be rewritten before it goes live to name the network, describe the cookies or identifiers it sets, and link its opt-out. Until this page says otherwise, no such processing takes place.

Analytics

No analytics of any kind runs on this site at present. We do not count page views in your browser, do not set an analytics identifier and do not load a measurement script. Server access logs kept by the hosting provider are outside our control and are described in that provider’s own policy.

Children

This site is intended for college and school students and the general public. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, of any age.

Your choices

• Block or clear cookies in your browser settings at any time.
• Opt out of personalised Google advertising in Google Ads Settings.
• Use the site with JavaScript disabled — the formulas, tables and articles still render.

Changes

If this policy changes, the date at the top of this page changes with it.
