Reporting a wrong formula

This is the message worth sending. If a formula here does not match your university, reply with the name of the institution and, where possible, a link to or a scan of the ordinance, circular or examination manual that states the correct rule. A formula backed by a source document gets published as verified with that document linked; without one it can only ship labelled not verified.

Requesting a university

Tell us the university and the programme. Requests are prioritised by how many arrive and by whether the conversion rule is published anywhere retrievable.

Everything else

Corrections to editorial content, accessibility problems, broken pages and advertising enquiries all go to the same address. Expect a reply within a few working days.

What we cannot help with

• Attendance condonation requests — those go to your department.
• Disputes about marks or revaluation — those go to your examination section.
• Confirming what percentage your university will certify — only your university can do that.
